World Environment Day

World Environment Day was observed with great fervor on 8th June 2024 at Dr. MRSM English Medium School.

Mr. Balakrishna, Engineer, MRPL and PTA Secretary was the chief guest. He presented video clips on environment related problems such as plastic management, soil conservation and water conservation. He clearly explained how plastic menace is affecting the life on earth and listed the strategies that could help to dispose plastic in a proper way. Rain harvesting techniques were also discussed. He made the audience aware of their role in restoring our environment.

On account of Vanamahotsava, saplings were planted in the school premises.

PTA President, Mr. Pushparaj Chowta was present.
