Dr. M Ramanna Shetty Memorial English Medium High School

The Dr. Mundkur Ramanna Shetty Memorial English Medium High School was established by the Nitte Education Trust on June 15, 1995 at the Bunts Hostel building in Mulki. The School was later shifted to Thokur on January 1, 1999. Named after late Dr. M Ramanna Shetty, a popular physician, the School was founded by the Trust with the idea of offering quality education to boys and girls residing in the rural areas of Mulki.

Objectives

  • To provide education for children in and around Haleangadi, Mulki, Kinnigoli and its neighbouring areas.
  • To provide education, that ensures all round development of the child and promote national unity.
  • To shape God-fearing, patriotic and responsible citizens.
  • To provide students with an education that will make a difference and which is the present need of the society.
